Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am @ Lunar Yoga in Cumming, GA
Motherhood asks a lot of you. Between caring for little ones, managing the mental load, and navigating the changes that come with motherhood, it can be easy to feel disconnected from your own body.
Pilates for Motherhood is a gentle, mindful movement class designed to help you slow down, build confidence in your body, and make space for yourself in the middle of it all.
This is not about bouncing back, pushing through, or striving for a particular body. It is about moving with intention, finding moments of calm, and discovering how good it can feel to move in a way that supports you.
Whether you are newly postpartum or years into motherhood, your body deserves care that honors where you are today.
Classes incorporate gentle Pilates, intentional breathing, mindful movement, and moments of rest to help you reconnect with your body without the pressure to keep up or get everything right.
Savannah's approach is informed by her background in occupational therapy and maternal health, with a deep understanding of how the body changes through motherhood. Every movement is thoughtful, adaptable, and never rushed.
You don't need previous Pilates experience. You don't need to be particularly flexible or strong. You just need a little space to show up for yourself.
Pilates for Motherhood welcomes women across the many stages of motherhood, including postpartum. Classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, with gentle movement and opportunities to adapt to your individual needs.
Depending on the session, classes may be offered as women-only or baby-friendly, so you can choose the experience that feels right for you.
